1 cup Coconut Milk

1 tbsp Coconut Oil

1 teaspoon Turmeric

¼ teaspoon Cinnamon

Pinch Cardamom

Pinch Black Pepper

½ teaspoon Maca Root Powder

¼ teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Small Chuck Fresh Ginger

Shave Nutmeg

Optional additions: Ashwaganda Root Powder, Glutamine Powder, Sunflower Lecithin, 1 Date or 1 tsp Honey for a little sweetness. 

 

 

Directions: 

1. Add coconut milk, coconut oil, spices/herbs/powders to blender

2. Boil Water, Add 1 cup of Hot water, Blend for a minute or so.

3. Sprinkle cinnamon or nutmeg on top
