Fresh Juice Pulp Crackers

This is a great way to use the leftover pulp from freshly made juices. Generally we recommend using a mascerating juicer, which best extracts and preserves nutrient content in the juicing process as well as making the best more uniform pulp. Beet and Carrot makes the most delicious and least fibrous crackers. 

4 tbsp organic chia seeds soaked for 30 min - 1 hour

 

Add: 

4 tablespoons organic flaxseeds, freshly ground in blender or spice/coffee grinder. 

2 cups Juice Pulp to the Bowl

1 tbsp Coconut Aminos

1 tbsp Olive Oil

¼ cup Nutritional Yeast

1 tsp Ground Cumin

1 tsp Powdered Sage Leaf

½ tsp Himalayan Salt

 

Add water to desired consistency.

 

Spread onto Dehydrator Sheets, 2-3 cm thick. Score to desired shape/size cracker.

Dehydrate 118-120 degrees for 6-8 hours.

Flip and Dehydrate to desired crispiness.
