Use a coffee press, add handful of each herb.
Pour Hot Water (just under boiling) over herbs and steep on counter overnight.
Strain & Store in fridge for a few days taking 1-2 shots daily and/or spike your water bottle for the day. Re-brew like this 2 times a week.
