Pumpkin Seed Milk

Pumpkin seed milk is a wonderful alternative to dairy and other nut milks. Pumpkin seeds are rich in Zinc, Iron and Protein. 

1 cup Organic Pumpkin Seeds

Soak over night or for at least 8 hours. 

Rinse and Strain. 

Add Pumpkin Seeds and 3 cups filtered water to blender. Blend thoroughly, for 2 minutes. 

Filter through Nut Milk Bag

Optional additions: After filtering, put milk back in blender

1/2 tsp Himalayan or Celtic Sea Salt

1/2 tsp Organic Vanilla Extract

1 Date (for a little sweetness)

1 tsp sunflower lecithin
